Firearm Use Policy
This page outlines the firearm‑related use policy for Gunpant Inc., a Florida C‑Corporation. By purchasing or using any Gunpant product, you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the Product
Gunpant products are articles of clothing. They are not designed or intended to function as:
- firearm safety devices
- holsters or retention systems
- locking or securing mechanisms
- protective gear
- equipment that prevents accidental discharge or injury
Gunpant products provide no safety features related to firearm handling, storage, or operation.
2. No Safety Representations or Guarantees
Gunpant Inc. makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the safe carrying or concealment of a firearm, the prevention of accidental or negligent discharge, the prevention of injury, or the suitability of the product for any firearm‑related purpose.
3. User Responsibility
The user acknowledges and agrees that:
- Safe firearm handling, carrying, storage, and operation are entirely the user's responsibility.
- Gunpant Inc. does not provide firearm training or safety instruction.
- Gunpant Inc. does not evaluate the user's competency, judgment, or mental fitness to possess or operate a firearm.
- Gunpant Inc. cannot prevent misuse, unsafe behavior, negligence, or unintended actions by any individual.
4. No Control Over Firearms
Gunpant Inc. does not manufacture firearms and has no control over:
- firearm design, function, or safety mechanisms
- the user's choice of firearm
- how a firearm is carried, stored, or operated
- modifications or accessories used with a firearm
5. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using Gunpant products, the user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with carrying or handling a firearm, including accidental discharge, injury, property damage, and failure to follow safety practices or applicable laws.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user releases and holds harmless Gunpant Inc., its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from the user's possession, handling, storage, transport, concealment, or discharge of any firearm while using Gunpant products.
7. Compliance With Laws
The user is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm possession, concealed carry, transportation, storage, and training requirements.
8. Age Restriction
By purchasing or using Gunpant products, the user confirms they are of legal age to possess and carry a firearm in their jurisdiction. Gunpant Inc. does not knowingly sell to individuals who are prohibited by law from possessing firearms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy and any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Gunpant products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Intellectual Property
The Gunpant name, logo, side-leg concealed carry pocket system, and all associated designs are the intellectual property of Gunpant Inc. The pocket system is the subject of a pending United States patent. Reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of any Gunpant design or trademark without express written consent is prohibited.
11. Acceptance of Policy
Use of Gunpant products constitutes the user's acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. If the user does not agree, they must not purchase or use Gunpant products.
