Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation
- In original, unworn condition — trying them on for fit is fine, but items that have been worn outside or washed are not eligible
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- Returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@gunpant.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Do not ship your item back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Gunpant Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the item meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gunpant.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
6. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
7. No Physical Store Locations
Gunpant Inc. does not operate retail store locations. All returns must be processed by mail through our online return process described above. Walk-in returns are not available.
8. Preorder Orders
Preorder items may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships. Once a preorder has shipped, standard return conditions apply.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from a return or refund shall be resolved in accordance with Florida law.
